COMPANY HISTORY: The company was organized by Roy and Clarita Goodhart in July 1985. It was purchased July 1, 1991 by Robert J. and Mary V. Welch. Donald and Barbara White purchased the agency on May 1 of 2005. Don serves as the managing broker and has over 25 years of experience in international business. AREA SERVICED: The primary focus is on Hannibal but the agency also services surrounding communities.  REAL ESTATE SERVICES: The largest percentage of our business is residential. However, we have experience in commercial, light industry, building, and rural properties. We offer both seller and buyer agency. COMMENTS: We have an experienced staff with various backgrounds and expertise. The Broker/Owner specializes in commercial and development properties. Buying a home?
